About Your Facilitator
Hi, I’m Amy—artist, licensed mental health therapist, wellness coach and lifelong maker of things. I live in a home filled with art supplies and creativity, two dogs, two cats, a therapy office, and a very patient husband. I’m also a proud mom to three amazing adult children.

My art blends creativity, intuition, and emotional wellness. Whether through painting, guiding a retreat, or supporting someone’s healing journey, I believe in the power of art to reconnect us with ourselves.

I’m so glad you’re here—and I can’t wait to create and explore alongside you.
